Longterm Heavy Duty Grease Light-colored high-pressure grease for long-term lubrication of rolling and plain bearings under medium to high loads. Based on high-quality mineral oil and PAO in conjunction with lithium soap as a thickener. Special additives give the grease special wear-reducing properties and excellent corrosion protection. The product is walk-resistant and water-resistant. Proven in numerous industrial applications and in automotive technology where highly loaded roller and plain bearings, such as cylindrical and tapered roller bearings, are used even under axial thrust, for example rolling mill bearings, wheel bearings on construction machinery, crusher bearings, cardan shafts and plain bearings under high surface pressures.

BESOFLEX-TX000 is semi-fluid NLGI 000 grease manufactured using synthetic base oils blended with an lithium complex thickener. It has a very soft consistency that makes it very useful for pump delivery systems. It is formulated to provide mechanical stability in a wide range of temperature conditions and resists separation of the oil from the thickening system within the reservoir, especially when vibration is present. It resists run-out even when subject to high loads.  BESOFLEX-TX000 has excellent water separation and EP properties. It has a tenacious film that ensures total protection against wear, rust and corrosion. The superior film strength allows for use where heavier fluids are otherwise indicated. It has a wide operating temperature range, high viscosity index and resists running out even at high loads. Typical uses for BESOFLEX-TX000 includes textile and weaving applications. A special synthetic high speed grease for lubrication of all kind of fast running rolling and sliding bearings. Based on a special low viscosity, syn-thetic base fluid, it is absolutely preferred for high speed bear-ings. It contains anti-corrosion additives which provide addi-tional rust protection in case of water or damp penetrate the lubrication point and a special wear reducing component. It is easy to apply and pump, it is free from particles which can cause noise in the bearings, thus the bearings run more quite, making it suitable as an instrument grease.

An effective dry lubricant for applications under extreme conditions such as high pressures or high temperatures. It is suitable for dry lubrication as well as for adding it to liquid or greasy lubricants.

MOL Neoma K 3 S is a lubricating grease produced from highly refined base oil components and a calcium complex thickener, that enable beneficial evaporation and oxidation properties even at high temperatures. It also has inherent EP properties Because of its excellent water resistance, it is ideal for lubricantapplications exposed to high loads in the presence of water. It is a semi-hard, smooth, brown coloured lubricating grease. The temperature range of application is between -30 °C and +120 °C, although with regular regreasing, up to +140°C.

Syntene OG 18 is a very high viscosity lubricant formulated with synthetic hydrocarbon bases and special additives that makes it particularly suitable for “open gear” operating in extremely severe working conditions. Syntene OG 18 special formulation gives the product excellent lubricating properties, excellent EP and anti-wear performance to effectively counteract the formation of corrosion phenomena. The quality of the base oils used and the careful selection of additives added give the product good pumpability and make it suitable for gears exposed to high pressures and high temperatures; in addition, the very high viscosity index and the adequate pour point always ensure a perfect functioning of the mechanical parts. Syntene OG 18 does not contain solvents, bitumen, chlorinated compounds, heavy metals or other solid lubricants. 

Alugrease AS HT is recommended, both at very low and very high temperature, for many components in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, such as: bearings, articulations and universal joints, gears, chains, also in wet or steamy environment. All residues of previously used, non food-compatible lubricants, should be thoroughly removed. PTO 

To fully exploit the outstanding performance of Unionlub® NA, the accurate removal of remainders of any previously used grease is recommended whenever possible, as well as the thorough cleaning of the metal surfaces. 

Beso-009 ZINC GALVOCOAT is a cold-galvanizing coat, based on a physically drying binder with a high content of metallic zinc powder, offering cathodic protection to steel. Proofed according DIN 50976. Adhesion and resulting resistance to mechanical stress is better if applied to a rough surface than to a smooth surface. 

High Temperature Gear Flow Grease A premium quality, multi-purpose grease fortified with extreme pressure additives. It is based on high viscosity index mineral oil and a lithium complex soap and contains additives to enhance its performance including antioxidation, anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties. High quality mineral oil provide excellent temperature performance with good structural stability and resistance to water. Offers excellent protection against rust and corrosion. Recommended for a wide range of applications, including gear grease applications and gear couplings where a flow grease of this consistency is recommended. Also suitable for plain and rolling element bearing lubrication subject to shock loading, linkages and pins.

Alusynt® CE 32, 46, 68 are fully synthetic compressor lubricants, based on advanced technology for “extreme duty” service. They allow very long oil drain periods, high protection against fire and explosion and very long machine components life, even in severe operating conditions. Alusynt® CE 32, 46, 68 are fully compatible and miscibile with mineral and synthetic compressor oils, except those based on poly-alkylen-glycols (PAG). Aluchem products and plants have been also Kosher certified. Alusynt® CE 32, 46, 68 exhibit outstanding thermal and oxidative resistance. Compressors will run free of deposits, avoiding “hot spots” formation and the associated fire and explosion risk. The very high Flash Point of the Alusynt® CE range is a further barrier against fire risks. Oil coolers and radiators will remain clean and free from sludge, preserving their thermal efficiency. The chemical nature of Alusynt® CE 32, 46, 68 confers to these fluids very high oil film strength and lubricity, improving mechanical efficiency and energy saving properties (up to 10%), along with  exceptional mechanical components life and lower running temperatures.  The very low Volatility Alusynt® CE range minimises oil consumption and improves oil separators life. The very low Pour Point prevents cold start problems. An excellent demulsibility, and an appropriate additive treatment, protect all parts from corrosion. In comparison with mineral oils, oil drain period and separator life are at least four times longer. With Alusynt® CE 32, 46, 68, running and maintenance costs are much lower than hose allowed by mineral oils.
