Metal-Free High Temperature Paste An extrem pressure graphite paste for lubrication at high temperatures and pressures. Also used as running-in, assembly and multi-purpose paste. It reduces friction and wear, assembly and disassembly will be possible. The solid lubricant grafit protects against wear, running-in defects and guarantees good antifrictional properties. Much used for srews in refineries and power plants.

MOL Sulphogrease 2GT HDX is a high performance lubricating grease produced from high viscosity highly refined base oils that have beneficial evaporation and oxidation properties even at high temperatures. It contains a calcium-sulphonate thickener. Its natural wear-reducing effect and EP property, as well as its water resistance and corrosion inhibiting performance are exceptional. It is prepared with special graphite. Due to its improved adhesion properties, it provides appropriate protection and lubrication even when used where there are high centrifugal forces. At elevated operating temperatures it forms a special protecting layer on the surface, so it provides appropriate protection even for short duration peak temperatures (260 °C). It is a moderately soft, black coloured lubricating grease. Application temperature is between -25 °C and +180 °C, although for short times, up to 260 °C.

MOL Liton 00 is a high performance lubricating grease having improved water resistance, produced from synthetic base oil (PAO), using lithium and calcium 12-hydroxystearate thickener. It has an outstandingly good pumping ability even in extremely cold weather. It is approved by WILLY VOGEL as a lubricant for central lubricating systems. It is a semi-solid, blue coloured lubricating grease. Application: As lubricating grease approved by Willy Vogel: between -40 °C and +80 °C. In other applications: between -40 °C and +120 °C.

MOL Emolin 400 is a universal water-miscible semi-synthetic metalworking fluid, containing boron and having an outstanding biological stability. The product contains about 37 % refined mineral oil, emulsifier, corrosion inhibitor, together with EP additives, friction modifiers and antiwear additives. It is recommended to use a mixing equipment for preparing the emulsion. The concentrate is always to be added to the water during agitation. The concentration of the prepared emulsion should be checked using a calibrated refractometer. Due to its well balanced composition, containing amine and boric acid, the product is resistant to biological contamination, and a long service life can be achieved if handled properly. Refractometer factor: 1,1. Cleanliness of the system is a determining factor in terms of the operating life of the emulsion, so it is recommended to use MOL Netsol SC system cleaner before every change. Resistance to micro organisms can be ensured by maintaining a minimum emulsion concentration of 4-5 %

It contains a calcium-sulphonate thickener. Its natural wear-reducing effect and EP property, as well as its water resistance and corrosion inhibiting performance are exceptional. Due to its special composition, it withstands corrosion excellently, retaining its properties even in the presence of saline vapours and sea water. It is the principal lubricating grease of the steel industry, where bearings exposed to extreme loads are regularly in contact with water. One of the special properties of the lubricating grease is that its consistence and load carrying capacity do not change significantly upon contact with large quantities of water. It is moderately soft, dark brown coloured lubricating grease. The temperature range of application is between -25 °C and +160 °C.
