Hydraulic Oil

A MOL Multi SW 68 Slideway-Hydraulic Oil is a multiple purpose lubricating oil developed for slideways, mechanical drives and hydraulicunits of precision machine tools. It is a highly refined mineral oil containing additives that inhibit oxidation, reducewear,provideextreme-pressure performance (EP), prevent corrosion and foaming, in addition to modifying frictionand increasing the strength of the lubricating film. It forms a tenacious lubricating film, which withstands the washingeffect of the metalworking fluid and prevents stick-slip (the friction that can cause vibration of the slide), thusallowing a uniform movement and precise machining accuracy even in case of high loads and low speeds. It hasexcellent wear resistance and pressure resistance properties, protects against scuffing and excessive wear even incase of high loads. It protects the parts of the machine tool effectively against corrosion.
